Effective upon public launch

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Keystone Development website and the information, forms, communications, calculators, maps, and other digital resources made available by Keystone Development Solutions LLC, doing business as Keystone Development.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website. A signed project agreement, warranty, financing document, or other written agreement controls the applicable relationship if its terms differ from these website Terms.

Website purpose

This website introduces Keystone, describes services and operating areas, supports project, career, and trade-partner inquiries, provides owner education, presents planning tools, and shares general project and financing information. Nothing on the website is a binding offer or a promise that Keystone will accept or perform a project.

No construction contract

Submitting a form, requesting an estimate, scheduling a consultation, communicating with Keystone, or receiving preliminary information or a proposal does not create a construction contract. Construction services begin only after the required parties execute a written agreement, required approvals are obtained, required payments are received, and Keystone formally accepts the project.

Estimates, proposals, and project assumptions

Any estimate, proposal, budget range, schedule, calculator result, or pricing information is informational unless it is expressly incorporated into a signed written agreement. Project cost and timing may change based on scope, design development, selections, labor and material availability, market conditions, site access, existing conditions, permitting, utilities, engineering, code requirements, procurement, weather, owner decisions, and other project-specific factors.

Educational information

Knowledge Center articles, FAQs, guides, checklists, comparisons, videos, and other resources provide general educational information. They are not engineering, architectural, legal, financial, tax, insurance, appraisal, code, safety, environmental, or inspection advice. Every property and project requires appropriate review by qualified professionals.

Planning tools and calculators

Keystone calculators and planning tools use stated assumptions to produce conceptual ranges or decision support. Results may not reflect actual project conditions, current local pricing, financing terms, code requirements, or professional findings. Results are not quotations, guarantees, appraisals, engineering opinions, lender commitments, or promises of performance. Users are responsible for validating assumptions before relying on them.

Financing information

Keystone may provide general information about financing or connect users with third-party providers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Keystone is not a bank, lender, broker, or financial adviser and does not guarantee approval, rates, fees, terms, availability, or funding. Financing decisions and disclosures are controlled by the applicable third-party provider and its agreements.

Operating-area information and maps

Operating-area maps identify Keystone's current general service footprint using geographic information from public or third-party sources. Boundaries, labels, availability, and coverage may change. A highlighted county does not guarantee project acceptance, and a location near or outside the displayed footprint may still be considered. Contact Keystone to confirm fit for a specific property, scope, schedule, and delivery requirement.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website content is owned by Keystone or used with permission. Protected materials may include names, logos, branding, text, graphics, layouts, icons, photography, videos, project documentation, downloadable materials, software, source code, and written resources. You may view the website for its intended purpose, but you may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit protected content without prior written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for an unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purpose

You grant Keystone permission to use the submission as reasonably necessary to evaluate, respond to, administer, or perform the requested service, application, or relationship.

A submission does not create a confidential, fiduciary, employment, partnership, contractor, or professional relationship. Do not submit highly sensitive information unless Keystone specifically requests it through an approved method.

Communications

By contacting Keystone and providing contact information, you authorize reasonable communications regarding your inquiry, application, project, or relationship by email, phone, text message, or other requested channels. You may opt out of marketing communications, but operational communications related to an active matter may continue as necessary.

Project photographs and illustrative media

Photographs expressly identified as Keystone projects represent actual work or project documentation to the extent stated. Other images may be licensed or illustrative and are not representations of work completed by Keystone. Every project is unique, and photographs, renderings, examples, or design references do not guarantee an identical result.

No professional relationship

Viewing the website or exchanging preliminary communications does not establish a contractor-client, fiduciary, consulting, architectural, engineering, employment, trade-partner, or other professional relationship. Any such relationship begins only through the applicable written agreement or formal acceptance process.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." Except as expressly stated in a signed written agreement, Keystone disclaims warranties regarding availability, accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and results obtained from website use.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Keystone Development Solutions LLC and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to website use, inability to access the website, reliance on website information, planning-tool results, third-party services, interruptions, or software errors. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation is prohibited by law.

Future services and features

Descriptions of future technology, customer portals, software, automation, integrations, programs, or planned services are informational only. Keystone may modify, delay, discontinue, replace, or decide not to release any future service or feature.

Privacy

Keystone's collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the website or submitting information, you acknowledge that policy.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Severability and waiver
