Our goal is to use information only as reasonably necessary to provide services, communicate effectively, improve the website and customer experience, support our workforce and trade-partner relationships, and operate our business responsibly.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the website, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical and usage information, including IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, pages visited, time spent on pages, referring pages, general geographic location, performance data, security events, and interactions with website features.

Communications

If you provide contact information, Keystone may communicate with you by email, phone, text message, or other channels you request. Communications may include inquiry responses, appointment coordination, project updates, customer support, and other operational messages. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time, but communications related to an active request, application, relationship, or project may still be necessary.

Financing inquiries

If you inquire about financing, Keystone may collect information needed to understand the request or connect you with a financing provider. Keystone is not a lender unless expressly stated. Approval decisions, rates, fees, and terms are determined by third-party financing providers under their own policies and agreements.

Project records

If you become a customer, Keystone may maintain property information, scopes of work, contracts, change orders, schedules, selections, communications, photographs, payment records, closeout documentation, and warranty information. These records help Keystone administer the project, verify work, address questions, support warranty obligations, and maintain appropriate business records.

Photographs and project documentation

Keystone may create photographs, videos, and other records during a project for progress documentation, quality assurance, safety, closeout, warranty administration, and internal business purposes. When permission is required or appropriate, Keystone will obtain it before using identifiable project materials in marketing, educational content, or a public portfolio. Keystone will not intentionally publish sensitive personal information through project documentation.

Artificial intelligence and automation

Keystone may use artificial intelligence and automation tools to support scheduling, inquiry response, appointment coordination, project communication, document preparation, information organization, and operational efficiency. Keystone does not intend for automated tools to make final decisions about contracts, pricing, construction management, employment, or other material business matters without appropriate human review.

Service providers and information sharing

Keystone may disclose information to service providers and other parties when reasonably necessary to operate the business or fulfill a request. These parties may include website hosting, form processing, analytics, email, communications, customer relationship management, cloud storage, payment processing, scheduling, financing, insurance, legal, accounting, and security providers.

Information may also be shared with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, design professionals, project stakeholders, and financing partners when necessary for a requested or contracted service. Keystone may disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, to investigate fraud or misuse, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of business assets.

Data security

Keystone uses commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and Keystone cannot promise absolute security.

Data retention

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, respond to requests, evaluate applications and partnerships, administer projects and warranties, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and improve operations. Retention periods vary based on the information, purpose, relationship, and applicable requirements.

Your choices and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to request access to personal information, request correction or deletion, obtain information about its use or disclosure, or opt out of certain communications. Keystone may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Some information may be retained where permitted or required for legal, security, contractual, warranty, or legitimate business purposes.

Children's privacy

The website and Keystone's services are not directed to children under 13, and Keystone does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If Keystone learns that such information has been collected, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it.

The website may link to services or websites that Keystone does not own or control. Their privacy and security practices are governed by their own policies, and Keystone is not responsible for those practices.
